Before your visit
What does the free evaluation include?
We review the information you bring, discuss the case and explain how PlanGuard may be able to help. There is no obligation to hire us. Property visits, drawings, professional studies and corrective work are separate services, quoted according to the scope.
Can PlanGuard help with the corrective work too?
Yes. When needed, we can include corrective construction in a defined scope, alongside documentation and coordination of the professionals the case requires. We will explain the proposed services and costs before you proceed.
Can I have the evaluation by phone?
The free initial evaluation is offered in person at our office, by appointment. You can call or email us to arrange your visit. We assist clients in English and Spanish.
