About this notice
This notice describes the PlanGuard Construction Solutions website and how we handle information provided through inquiries. It should be read together with the privacy information of any external service you choose to use. Contact: Info@PlanGuardCS.com.
Information you choose to provide
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, company, general project location and project description when contacting PlanGuard. We use information received from you to respond, discuss the requested services and administer a potential or existing engagement. Please do not include identity documents, financial account information or sensitive personal details in an initial inquiry.
How the email-draft assistant works
The current form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not automatically submit information to PlanGuard or upload files. The draft is sent only when you choose to send it through your own email application. Information you send is then processed by the email providers involved and by PlanGuard for responding to your inquiry.
Technical data, analytics and storage
The website application does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or custom tracking cookies. Its application code does not persist inquiry fields in local or session storage. A hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs to deliver and secure the site. The hosting provider may also apply its own security and operational practices.
Google Maps and external websites
The interactive Google map is not loaded until you choose “Load Google Map.” Loading it connects your browser to Google and may disclose technical information such as your IP address to that provider. Links to Google, JMEP Engineering and other external sites take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Service providers and project collaboration
Information received may be shared with providers that support website, communication and business operations, and with project professionals where necessary for an agreed project or permitted by law. An initial website inquiry does not authorize public use of your project information.
Retention, security and requests
Information received is retained as needed for the inquiry, project administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. No internet or email system is entirely secure. To ask about information you have provided or request correction or deletion, email Info@PlanGuardCS.com. Requests are assessed subject to applicable obligations and the records available.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be reviewed before any new forms, analytics, advertising or integrations are introduced. The date below identifies when this notice was last updated.
